A year after the defeat of Darkseid, the infamous Imperiex Prime made his return to Earth seeking revenge on those that tried to destroy years ago. The heroes of Earth came together to stop this threat, leading to an epic battle for the fate of Earth. During the conflict, many innocent lives were lost and even a few lives of our heroes. In order to stop this foe, the Martian Manhunter developed a plan to break Imperiex Prime's near indestructible armor. Every hero was to focus their attacks on a single area. Eventually, they managed to crack his armor resulting in his energy form leaking out. Doctor Fate created a portal to push him through so that the Big Bang would happen elsewhere and spare their universe. Simultaneously in the Marvel Verse, a young mutant named Nathaniel Brown had his X-gene become active. His massive reality warping and innerdimensional powers were so uncontrollable that they somehow interfered with the magic of Doctor Fate. When the two powers met, Imperiex Prime's Big Bang happened. The result: a merger of the DC and Marvel universe.
It has now been a month since the universes merged, and people are trying to figure out what has happened.
