As you noticed, the site has two new character templates. They're fairly simple and kept that way for a reason. It's a general requirement to use the powergrid for either template. Anyone thinking they can sneak around that is mistaken.
Also, powerhouse characters like Batman for example will be closely scrutinized. Unless you're a stellar writer, don't expect to get them. The same goes for omnipotently skilled Originals. Prove your worth in the bio.
