One year after Majin Buu had been defeated, the Earth finally settled into peace. But that peace will not last for long. A new threat is on its way to the planet Earth seeking a new planet to rule. This beings name is Tarza, a saiyan scorned. His family was destroyed by three saiyans who had been working under Frieza, and he has been exacting his revenge ever since.

This means that Goku and Vegeta are not the only full saiyans left after the rest of their race had been annihilated by the evil tyrant Freiza. There are a few others, who have received a signal from Vegeta’s son, Trunks, saying that there is saiyan life on the planet Earth. This attracted a group of saiyans attentions, and they are on their way to the planet Earth.

This is all occurring just before the World Martial Arts Tournament begins. The Z Fighters are training restlessly for this worldwide event. But will everything go as planned or will it become the starting point of a merciless rise to power? Will you help the Z-Fighters on their quest for peace or will you join the evil Tarza’s army?
