It's 7:38 a.m. The sun rose with impecable timing in Gotham city. A figure on a 2001 1200 cc Suzuki Bandit rode through the streets, passing car after car. The hunched back of the figure leaned into the crotchrocket as he turned left towards the school. The figure arrived in the parking lot, and removed his helmet. It was a man who disappeared for unknown reasons for three months, and reenrolled in South High School for more unknown reasons. Darcy Leone. He left his mark at the school as someone who was more then what he looked like. Only a few actually knew...
He started taking a walk up the steps. His five o'clock shadow shown that he did nothing but riding until he arrived in Gotham. He walked over to his old locker and opened it, removing his black leather jacket and revealing a slightly skinnier torso. He wasn't as muscular as when he left. It left one to question, what he did that made him eat less. He still looked fit. But like a Wrestler in a 140 weight class. He closed the locker, his bloodshot eyes stared toward the classes in the hallway as he neglected to make eye contact with anyone.
He felt the presence of people who were curious of his nature. Two girls checked him out as he scratched the side of his face. He needed a shave. It wasn't a beard, but if he wasn't careful, he'd look amish soon enough. His bright blue eyes continued to stare forward until he reached a vending machine...

Victoria yawned. It was way too early to be up, but she had to go to class. If she didn’t, her counselor would find out and she’d be back in Arkham, a place she didn’t want to go to. The girl had walked from her Gotham City apartment to the school, taking her a good fifteen minutes. Her hair was in a hap hazardous bun on the top of her head, her shirt was bland, denim shorts that were a little too short for her taste, and needless to mention the fact that she had no time to eat, let alone apply her makeup. The girl would need to find time to do both of those things before her first class started.
Vi rubbed the sleep that was still in her eyes and yawned as she opened her locker. She stuffed her bag into it and got the books that she would need for class out of it, just a notebook, drawing book, few pencils, and a text book. She tossed them into a reusable HotTopic bag and flung that around her shoulder. It was much simpler and she couldn’t get in trouble for having her backpack in class. A win-win situation.
The girl heard the chittering of a couple girls near her locker, talking about some boy that had just got in. She paid no attention to it, not even glancing around to look for the boy. What she did do was head towards the closest vending machine so that she could get something to snack on. Her eyes were barely open when she got to it, barely noticing that she was about to walk into somebody. But when she did notice, she was on the floor. Her cat green eyes glared up at the boy for a moment before they softened. Realization struck and it struck her hard. ”Darcy?” Victoria could feel the teardrop forming in her eye, so she pinched her forearm as hard as she could to stop it from rolling down her cheek. It worked as usual.
Victoria pushed herself up, using what little strength she could muster. She just looked at the boy in front of her. He looked so different, but she knew that it was him. The only kid that had ever been able to truly win her heart. She wanted to stretch out her arms, hug him… maybe hit him for up and leaving without even telling her goodbye… But she couldn’t, for some odd reason. Something was holding her back.
She took in a few slow breathes before she could finally say something else. ”Is it… really you? Like, really really you?” Vic could feel the stares of the girl students that passed her. Was she that much of a mess? Or was it because of this boy that stood in front of her. The immortal boy names Darcy Leone.
