Jus' Wingin' It[STUDENT MEETING]

Drew smiled at her again. "Its a pleasure to meet you Rikku," He said and decided that maybe it would be best if he put his iPod away. Drew took the earphones out of his ears and wrapped them around his iPod, then pocketed it in his jeans. As he was doing this, he smelt something that was irritating his nose. He sneezed once into his elbow. Probably just my allergies acting up again. Drew yawned slightly, then rested his arms on the table.

"I haven't been here long, its pretty interesting though," He spoke, rubbing his eyes a little bit. pi]God damn my allergies.

[/i] Then, Drew heard a meow. He looked around for it, this was definantly why he was sneezing and why his eyes were all itchy. Drew looked at her purse. Oh, no. He opened his mouth, then closed it, he didn't know how to say it. "Is there a cat in your bag?" Drew asked her, even though it sounded like a joke, it was the only way he could figure out how to say it.[/blockquote][/blockquote]

"The pleasures all mine," The girl said. When he said that he hadn't been at the school for long, it made her feel a tad bit more comfortable. She herself had only just started no less than two weeks ago, or at least that was what she thought. Time was always hard to keep track of. It was irrelevant to her, anyway. "That is nice to know. I'm rather new here myself. This... school, is a rather confusing thing," she said.

'Momma, can I come out now?' Selene's muffled mew came through her bag. Her eyes widened. She wanted to say something, but fear of getting in trouble stopped her. She did not know if pets were even allowed with in the walls of the school.

The Drew kid was sneezing a little and rubbing his eyes. Oh no. That didn't seem to be like a good sign.

"Is there a cat in your bag?"[/i]

Rikku gave him a sheepish look. "I am afraid so. She hates being away from me. I did not know that she was even there until i got to the school," She explained. Then panic filled her eyes. "You will not tell on me, will you? I fear i'll get in trouble if a teacher found her. Selene didn't know better." She looked down, removing the bag and showing him the cat quickly. Only for a moment though, for she concluded that he must have some sort of allergy. "I will leave you, if you wish." The girl looked down in disappointment. And people said that she could never be an actress.

Drew shook his head. "No, no you don't have to. I just-" He sneezed about three times into his elbow. "Whoo, sorry." Drew said, his voice sounded weird because of how his nose was suddenly all clogged up. "I'm gonna go to the bathroom and clean myself up," He adeed, rather quickly because he was about to sneeze again. After he sneezed, he stood up. "I'll be right back."

Drew ran towards the bathroom that was located in the cafeteria. He looked at himself in the mirror and groaned. "Oh my god, I look terrible," Drew said to himself and turned the faucet on. He spashed some water onto his face and wiped it off quickly with a paper towel. It barely helped. His eyes were all red and little looking because he rubbed them, and his nose was runny. Drew blew his nose a couple hundred times. He stared at himself in the mirror again. "This sucks so bad," He said and held his head in his hands. Drew had the worst luck on the planet.

Rikku nodded her head solemnly as he got up to go clean up himself. She just stared after him until he was out of sight, then she looked back at the table. Her eyes had the hint of sadness in them. All she had wanted was to make a friend or talk to another student, and yet it was ruined by her pets clingy nature. Her luck must have run out.

Then she thought of something. Maybe she had some sort of allergy tablets in her purse. She knew that she had Advil and Ibuprofen, so maybe she had allergy tablets. Digging through the side pocket of the bag, she tried to find some, but to no avail.

"See what you did. I love you, Selene, but you need to learn to not do stuff like this." Her little cat peeked its head out of her purse. 'I'm sorry, momma, she mewed. "It's alright, I guess." She closed up the purse and put it on the floor, hoping that if the boy did come back, the cat would be far enough away from him to help.

Drew looked back at himself in the mirror. Of course it wasn't getting any better. It was just his luck anyway. He straightened out his navy blue long-sleeved shirt and sighed. Should he go back? Or should he just hide out in the bathroom? It was an extremely hard descision. Drew then though tof an idea. he thought he saw Darcy, maybe ge gad allergy medicine on him. Even though he was sure he didn't, maybe finding him would give him time to recouporate from that cat. He pushed the bathroom door open and surveyed the cafeteria. Once he spotted him, he snuck his way over towards him, hoping that Rikku wouldn't see him.

He jabbed him in the arm with his finger. "Do you have any allergy medicine with you? I really need it, or I will die," Drew exaggerated. He sighed and shook his head. "Okay, I won't die. I just need some really bad. Its important," He corrected himself, giving Darcy a hopeful look.
