Drew rubbed his eyes, he was dead tired. He devoted the night before for working on a project that wasn't due until next week. He would rather do that then get his ass kicked by Darcy again. Drew tucked his books under his shoulder as he closed the door to his dorm. He didn't have a roommate, which was amazing. He could do anything he wanted in his own privacy, it was the greatest. Drew quickly locked his door behind him, and set off towards the entrance of the school.Even though he was about fifteen minutes early, the entrance already seemed busy. The teachers were pulling up in their nice cars, man, would Drew kill to have a car.
Girls liked cars. He rolled his eyes, the chances of him getting a girlfriend were a million to one, and those were the same odds of him getting a car. He headed towards the stairs that lead into the school. Drew looked down at his hands and groaned. Why does this have to happen now of all times?! His hands were gone. Or atleast, youjust couldn't see them. Drew had the gift of invisibility, and he didn't know how to control this power yet, so sometimes things just decide to disappear on him. Literally.

Vivian could barely keep her eyes open. But she was awake. The girl hadn't gotten asleep till late that night, trying to have a nice night on the town. Nice for her at least, but not for those that lost their wallets. Nonetheless, she wouldn't be able to fall back to sleep.
Yawning lightly, she quickly changed into a pair of neon blue skinny jeans and a black Flyleaf band tee. Female biker boots donned her faerie feet. Vi swiftly brushed out her black hair and left it down. She hated it when it was up. When it was, she usually got asked questions about all the scars.
Before leaving, she glanced at her clock. She was leaving mighty early for school. Maybe some poor student or idiotic teacher would have their wallet out. Vivian grabbed her bags and headed out of her dorm. How shall she get there. Walking took to long, but she had no car. A sly smile crossed her lips as she began to disappear. A light wind began to pick up and she rode it all the way to the school.
Slowly reappearing, she let the wind die and she landed gracefully and silently behind a boy. He looked familiar, but she couldn't quite place it. Creeping back a bit, she noticed his hands, or lack there of. Invisibility? She let herself disappear again and blew herself to be standing in front of him, unseen.
"Why, allo dere, mon chere," The invisible girl said, an unseen smile crossing her lips.

Drew stared out in front of him in disbelief. He heard someone as clear as day say "Why, allo dere, mon chere." But he heard it from in front of him and there was nobody there. Drew had froze completely. There were a few logical options as to why he woul dhave heard such a thing, and not see who said it. For one, he could have gone insane, the other day he was clocked in the head a few times, so it was possible. Two, he could be being stalked, and/or haunted by someone. Drew never really liked his great uncle, maybe he was back for revenge. And the third reason was that he was sleepwalking and dreaming about a girl.
Drew thought about this for a moment, before something dawned on him. He could turn invisible, so maybe other people at the school could turn invisible as well. It might be someone he knew, or someone he didn't know that decided to play a prank on him. Drew couldn't think of anything to say to this invisible person, so he resorted to plan b. He threw his history book at them. Not hard though, he just lobbed it softly towards where he heard the voice. Drew didn't want to touch whoever it was either, what if it was a girl, and he touched something he shouldn't have. Throwing a book was safe and effective.

Vivian wanted to laugh, but kept it in her throat. He looked like he was in shock. She wished that she knew he was thinking. Ironic how she wanted to her everyone's thoughts but her own. Oh well.
She saw his hand, well arm, move to throw a book. Vi quickly made a light wind to lift her up out of target range. Though she became as light as a feather when she was invisible, things couldn't go through her, though that would be cool.
She kept up the breeze for a moment, floating above him, before allowing herself land in front of him once more. "Well, dat wa'n't very nice? Ya coulda hit meh!" Vi joked. She began to ponder if she should reappear yet. This was becoming so fun, though. Just a few more minute, she decided.
She examined the boy. "Don' ah know ya?" Vivian asked.

Drew watched the book fly, it didn't hit what he wanted to hit. Instead it hit some guy he didn't know in his back. His eyes widened as he turned and pretended to be texting someone on his cellphone. Out of the corner of his eyes, he saw the guy looking around for whoever did it, but he didn't look at Drew once. He let out a small sigh of relief. Apparently there was nobody there, and he was just paranoid from the lack of sleep. As he was about to walk away, he heard the invisible girl say something in kess-then understandable english. He was starting to get frustrated.
Drew felt like throwing his other book, but didn't. He didn't want to start anything with anybody. When she said that she thought she knew him, he tried to come up with something not-stupid to say. "I don't know, why don't you tell me." Drew crossed his arms, and waited. "Are you going to show yourself? I'm not in the mood for these games your playing with me," He added, tapping his foot softly against the ground. Drew wanted to get to class even more than he did a couple of minutes ago.

Vivian giggled now. The text books hitting the other guy was just to funny. Especially since it's intended target was her.
'Stop playing games, Viv. I only agreed to this if you promised to behave!'
'Ah am behavin'! A li'l game or two won' hurt no one.'
'Just stop and apologize, Vivian. I'm serious.'[/i]
Why was Victoria being so bossy. It wasn't like it was Darcy she was playing with. Though that idea did seem rather enticing. She sighed and when the boy said that he wasn't in the mood, she said fine. Crossing her own arms and mimicking his stance, she reappeared. "There. Ya happy. Now, can ya tell meh why ya look so damned familiyah?" The southern accented personality asked. She couldn't quite put her finger on it. Vivian heard Victoria laughing at her. Vickie obviously knew, but she wasn't going to tell Vivian.

Drew watched her appear in front of him and rolled his eyes. "Thats not funny Victoria, you made me lose my book." He let out a sigh when she mimcked his stance, and dropped his hands to his sides. Drew just stared at her for sa few moments when she said that she thought she knew him. "Are you kidding me?" He asked her and made a face. It was like she was a different person. And then it dawned on him. For their project in Psychosis they were doing it on Multiple Personality Disorder, which Victoria said she had.
Drew only shrugged. "I don't know where you know me from." He knew Victoria, but he didn't know her other personalities, and this probably was one of them. "I'm Drew Wallace." Drew said and offered a hand for her to shake. While he was doing that, he searched the school yard for his book, which was laying all by its lonesome on the ground near the boy he had hit. If he were to go and get it he would probably get his asked kicked by the kid. But what if he couldn't see Drew? He contemplated becoming invisible just to pivk up his book, but whenever he tried it would never last. Drew didn't see himself coming away with the book, he could only see himself getting a black eye.

"Thats not funny Victoria, you made me lose my book."
Now she was snickering. For such a nice girl, Victoria was being rather rude to Viv. Vivian probably deserved it though. Viv just smiled. "Sorry, sugah, ah ain't Vickie." She tried to sound sweet. Not something she would normally do, but it was obvious that he knew Victoria.
She giggled. Just because a girl had MPD didn't mean she didn't particularly see what another persona did. She had enough sense when she wasn't in control to know what goes on with Vic.
The boy extended his arm and introduced himself. Drew Wallace. That was right, he was the guy Victoria was doing that project with. Being friendly, she took his hand and shook it. "Vivian. Ya know, ah know why ya look familiyah. Yer doin' that project wit' Vickie.
Retracting her hand, Vi noticed his glances towards the book. Why didn't he just get it? Out of curiosity, Vivian threw a glance as well. Oh, so it was that guy. Drew must be afraid of him or something. Rolling her eyes, she put up one finger, pretty much signaling to give her a moment. Sometimes, she just wished that she could be anything but nice, but Vickie did want her to apologize.
Viv took in a deep breath and walked towards the book. She bent over and picked it up. The guy looked at her. "That your book, girly?" the guy asked. "An' what if it is? What ya gonna do?" She wasn't one to want to mess with. Turning to walk away, she felt a hand on her shoulder, pulling her to turn. Wrong move. She dropped the book, turned, and punched. The boy covered his nose as blood began to run. "Next time, think b'fore ya touch a girl."
Picking up the book, she went back towards Drew. Vi handed him the book. "Sorry fer messin' with ya, ah guess."
'There, happy Vic?'[/i]

Drew nodded at what Vivian said, "Nice to meet you." He watched her look to where he was looking and nodded again when she held up her finger. Drew felt this phone vibrate and took it out of his jeans pocket. His mom was calling. He rolled his eyes and hit ignore, he didn't feel like talking to her. Drew brought his attention back to Vivian, who was getting his book for him. His eyes widened, she didn't have to, he would have gotten it later. Drew watched as the boy grabbed her by the shoulder, and she turned and punched. Why couldn't he do that? Oh, right because he was a coward and had no idea how to defend himself.
Drew took the book carefully out of her hand. "Thanks. You didn't have to go get it for me, I was going to pick it up later," He said, trying to make it seem he didn't really care for the book. Drew didn't want her to think that she was a coward, even though he was sure she all ready suspected that much. "And its okat, I don't blame you," Drew added, a bit of sadness in his tone of voice.

"An' when would later be? Ah didn' like tha looks o' that guy anyway. He woulda killed ya if you'd been tha one ta get it," She said. She wasn't trying to be rude at all, but it was true. To be quite honest, he didn't really look like the type of person that could hurt a fly, let alone a jock.
'That's better. Now, stay nice and you can have some more time.'
"And its okay, I don't blame you."
"It ain't okay ta Vickie though, apparently," she muttered. Her own thoughts began to prick her curiosity. Why didn't he blame her? Was he bullied or something? Someone oughta help him. "Wha's wit' tha sadness, chere?" she asked.

Drew laughed a little. "Your exactly right, he would have kicked my ass.." He replied, looking over at the kid running away. Drew wiped some of the dirt off of his book, before replying to Vivian. "Isn't it obvious?" He answered, and growled as his phone began to vibrate again. Drew took it out, it was his mom calling again. He turned the phone off the completely. Why couldn't his mother just leave him alone?
Drew turned his attention back to Vivi. "Okay, if you must know I am the stereotypical nerd, who gets picked on by everyone," He said, and tucked the history book under his arm with the rest of his books. "I have been suffering from that kind of abuse for almost all my life, so I'm used to it by now," Drew added, shaking his head slightly. "So, I don't blame you for messing around with me."

She didn't know why, but the girl felt kinda sorry for him. The stereotypical nerd? Well, she had been the stereotypical psycho... and goth... punkette. There were so many things that people had stereotyped her as that isn't even funny. "You should try ta stick up fer ya self more. Or at leas' ask someone like me."
'Or Darc.'
'O hush you.'[/i]
She crossed her arms. "Ah don' blame mahself fer messin' wit' ya, but that's jus' 'cause ah like playin' jokes. Or at least at school ah do." She shrugged her shoulders lightly. A sly smile crossed her lips. Now around Gotham, her jokes were a different story. But he didn't need to know that.

Drew almost laughed. "Stick up for myself?" Now, he actually laughed out loud. "If I stuck up for myself I owuld end up getting my ass kicked to China," He said, and was one hundred percent sure he was right. Drew was a bony, kid who didn't know how to fight or anything, if he stood up for himself he would be digging his own grave. He then sighed. "I'm sorry," he apologized, " you just don't understand what its like to get phsycally tortured."
And with that, Drew turned to walk away, but stopped before he actually started to walk. "Tell Victoria I've finished my portion of the project," He said, over his shoulder. Then he began to walk away, he was sick of people trying to tell him how to go about his life when they didn't know what he has been through. Drew entered the school and headed to class, he was still fifteen minutes early, but it didn't matter. He liked to get there before the hallways turn into a jungle.

"I'm sorry, you just don't understand what its like to get physically tortured."
Torture, so not the word that Vivian wanted to hear at that moment. This kid knew nothing of her other than she was an MPD ridden soul. She had been more than just physically abused. She had scars up and down her back and a couple on her wrists from physical torture. Her psyche was torched from mental abuse, and this kid just thinks that, because she knows how to punch someone, means she didn't ever have any sort of torture in her life.
Teardrops actually formed in her eyes. "Ya have no idea what yer talkin' 'bout. Ah've gone through more physical torture than yer mind could probably neveh understand!" She screamed after him. Tears streamed down her cheeks. She hated showing emotion. It should weakness, people laughed at weakness. People took advantage of weakness. And that was all she was showing at that moment. Weakness.
